University of Oulu New Campus and commercial area.
Case : New university campus in Raksila.
The project was group work; the main tasks were concept development, zoning of the site, landscape plan drawing of the site, and participating in the site survey ideation. For the later part of the project, the site was distributed in three parts: A commercial zone, One public space of the proposed campus and a residential zone. All the plan drawings, 3D visualisations, detail drawings and illustrations for the Commercial zone were done by me.
Area around the site
The site is in the Raksila area, right next to the city centre of Oulu. Other connections exist between the areas, such as the City centre, Raksila market area, Residential areas, Kontinkangas and Raksila sports centre.

The commercial area offers many activities to the public throughout the year in every seasons.
